- Experienced across asset management, ERP, trading and control systems within the power industry.
- Held roles from Operator technician through Operations Excellence and Trading to Managing Director.
- Now MD of CODOR Ltd developing the next product combining Asset Management, risk visibility, resource planning and prioritisation, plus a framework to improve plant uptime and competitive advantage.

- Started as a refinery apprentice before progressing through reliability engineering, rotating equipment, maintenance management, turnaround leadership and technical authority roles.
- At BP's Centre of Excellence, helped develop the reliability and asset management standards, processes and tools used across upstream and downstream operations.
- Former Maintenance Manager and Rotating Equipment Technical Authority responsible for critical equipment performance, investigations, maintenance strategy and reliability improvement on a top-tier COMAH petrochemical site.
- Now helps operators solve persistent operational and reliability problems, drawing on experience across maintenance, reliability, asset management and technical leadership.
